Mary Loper was last seen at approximately 10:00pm on May 29, 2002 in the vicinity of the 200 block of Clarence Bonnett Rd. in Lucedale, MS. She was last seen wearing a light yellow t-shirt, cut-off blue jean shorts, white athletic shoes, and a diamond wedding band. Loper is a Caucasian female, 5’6" tall, 190 pounds with strawberry blonde hair, and blue eyes. She wears glasses and contacts. She has a strawberry mark on her left leg above the knee, a scar above her right eye, a scar on her abdomen, and double pierced ears. Loper was 27 at the time of her disappearance.

Last Known Location: Biloxi, MS Cold Cases As Of: 12/01/2000

Brian Kent Martin disappeared around December, 2000. He was last known to be staying with friends in Biloxi, MS.

Brian was a bouncer at Barracudas Club and hung out at Bombay Bicycle Club, Studio 90 and South Beach. For a time, he lived at Lexington Apartments off Pass Road but also slept at friends homes. He did not have a vehicle. He was 24 at the time of his disappearance. Brian is a Caucasian male with a height of 6'1" and weight of 240 lbs. He has a brown goatee, scars on his chin, pierced eyebrows with a silver barbell, and a gang brand approximately 5" tall on his upper arm.

Last Known Location: Ruth Street, St. Martin, MS Cold Cases As Of: 08/25/1994

Thomas "Tony" Elroid Spears was last seen on August 25, 1994 in St. Martin, MS. Earlier that evening, he had dinner with his parents at their residence on Goffville Road, where he stated he had seen something that he should not have. Tony worked daily harvesting oysters with his father. When he did not show up for work the next day, his family went to check his residence and found his keys, medications, and chewing tobacco. All the lights were left on at his home. The car door was also open, and there was a rented VCR tape on the roof of the car with his wallet and checkbook on the passenger seat. Tony was 40 at the time of his disappearance. He is a Caucasian male with strawberry blond hair, blue eyes, and a scar on his left hand. He is 5'8" with a weight of 200-220 lbs.

Jackson County Sheriff's Office is currently investigating this case.

Last Known Location: Copa Casino, Gulfport, MS Cold Cases As Of: 07/10/1995

Angela Lynn Williams was last seen at her job at The Copa Casino in Gulfport, MS. on July 10,1995. She left around 8 AM after complaining of a sore throat and promising to see a doctor for it. She left behind her paycheck and vehicle, a 1984 yellow Pontiac Fiero. A phone call was placed from Angela to her friend around 10 AM the same morning. This is the last time anyone heard from Angela. In September of 1995, Ms. Williams’ mother reported that she had not heard from her daughter in several months. (Ms. Williams’ mother was disabled and lived in Arkansas). Angela's boyfriend stated she had left with a rich friend that she had met in Florida. The investigation revealed she did have a rich friend in Florida, but it appears Angela never traveled to there. Angela was 21 at the time of her disappearance. She is a Caucasian female with an olive complexion, a height of 5’4”, and weight of 110 lbs. She has shoulder-length dark brown wavy hair, brown eyes, and pierced ears. She always wore a small gold class ring.

This case is currently being investigated by Harrison County Sheriff's Department.

Last Known Location: Gautier, Mississippi Cold Cases As Of: 12/30/1989

Nerissa Franklin's last known location was the foster home she was living at in Gautier, MS. There are few details available in her case, but it is believed that she left on her own. Nerissa was 15 at the time of her disappearance. She is a Caucasian female with brown eyes and curly brown hair. Nerissa has a scar on the front of her knee and 2 small dog bite scars under her left eye. She is left-handed and has double pierced ears.

The Gautier Police Department is currently investigating this case.
