D`Iberville Police Department currently has warrants signed charging Monica Lacey (Believed to be residing in Gulfport, MS) and Nigel George (Believed to be residing in Gulfport or Long Beach, MS) for Felony Shoplifting and Conspiracy to Commit Shoplifting.  Four other suspects in this shoplifting ring have been arrested as of this date.  This group of people is believed to go into retail stores and shoplift small concealable items in the price range of $10-$40.  Quickly after the suspects leave the store, the stolen merchandise is returned to the store. An accomplice returns the items to customer service in order to receive the item’s value on a store gift card.  These subjects are believed to then pawn the gift cards for a fraction of the card’s face value. 

On February 20, 2008 William David Simpson registered as a Sex Offender with the Harrison County Sheriff’s Office.   On March 11, 2008 Simpson moved from his residence that he registered and has not registered a new address with the Department of Public Safety or with The Harrison County Sheriff’s Office as of June 16, 2010.  A warrant was issued on Simpson for Sex Offender Registration Failure on April 15, 2008.  Simpson was convicted on December 19, 1977 in Dougherty, GA for Rape.

On 03 June 2010, the suspect depicted in a CrimeStoppers advisory regarding the burglary of a storage shed in Biloxi MS on 04 May 2010 has been subsequently identified as Jeffrey Lloyd Holcomb, with a last known residence of Gautier, MS. 

Holcomb is currently wanted for burglary by the Gautier Police Department and burglary of a storage shed by the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office.  On 13 May 2010, Gautier PD served a search warrant on Holcomb’s residence in Gautier and located the blue Chevy S-10 extended cab with bed rails at that location.  The truck was registered to a subject who let Holcomb borrow it to “find work".  The vehicle has been returned to the owner and is now accounted for.

Holcomb was recently released from serving time on a prior burglary.

BPD Case #-011034 Burglary

On 10 May 2010, at approximately 1921 hours, the Biloxi Police Department received a credit card fraud report.  The investigation revealed the above listed subjects made several purchases without the authorization of the card holder.  Among the purchases were two 32” televisions bought at the Wal-Mart, located at 2381 Pass Rd., Biloxi, MS.  Video surveillance was obtained depicting the suspects making the purchase.

On 13 January 2010, the Biloxi Police Department obtained an arrest warrant for Tammy Lynn Dogruogullari stemming from the ongoing investigation of the burglary of the New Life Family Church on 28 December 2009.  Bond has been set at $100,000 by Judge Albert Fountain.

The suspect has been identified as:

Tammy Lynn Dogruogullari, white female,

30-31 years of age

Approximately 5’05”, 180 lbs
