Chacon-Posada was arrested in March 2009 and charged with smuggling aliens. He has been known to be employed as a van/bus driver and has connections in Houston, Arkansas and Mexico.

| On February 20, 2008 William David Simpson registered as a Sex Offender with the Harrison County Sheriff’s Office. On March 11, 2008 Simpson moved from his residence that he registered and has not registered a new address with the Department of Public Safety or with The Harrison County Sheriff’s Office as of June 16, 2010. A warrant was issued on Simpson for Sex Offender Registration Failure on April 15, 2008. Simpson was convicted on December 19, 1977 in Dougherty, GA for Rape.

In the course of the investigation some of the property was recovered, however, a Macintosh laptop computer is still missing.
